Well, this is some news Pals!! Salman Khan’s fallout with Katrina Kaif is an old one by now. What is new is that Salman Khan finds a shoulder in his ex-girlfriend and small time actress Somy Ali.

Somy joined Salman during the last leg of the shoot of his forthcoming ‘Ready’ and the inside reports have it that the two spent quite a lot of time with each other. They not only went shopping together, but Salman was also seen acting very protective towards her. She did not come on the sets but he was with her all the time after the shoot.

The love birds stayed at the luxurious Hotel Landmark, while the rest of the crew stayed at Hotel Sukumvit, in Bangkok.

Salman and Somy had broken up long back but the two have always remained friends. Whenever Salman goes to US, he makes it a point to meet her. It is also said that Salman gets very angry to hear anything against Somy. So, do we have Salman and Somy here as once love birds, then just friends and now love birds again??

When they celebrated their tenth anniversary on January 17, Twinkle Khanna won over her husband’s heart by gifting him a custom-made Harley-Davidson shipped all the way from USA and costing over $7000 (almost R 3.5 lakh). The bike is in sexy maroon-and-chrome color and has specialized features.

Akshay is known for his love for bikes and had always dreamed of owning a customised high-end bike with a laidback, comfortable seat as he likes to ride with Aarav and Tina in the pillion. Not to mention, Akki was more than thrilled and immediately took Tina and Aarav out for a spin in Juhu.

Akshay is a safe driver and always wears his helmet and undertakes all the safety measures one requires for a safe ride.

Priyanka takes up a new social cause…

Priyanka Chopra has attached herself to a new social cause. Priyanka Chopra has taken on an initiative titled Wave that will sponsor the education of a group of girls and also help build a school.

A source reveals, “Priyanka is particularly interested in the education, especially that of the girl child. When the opportunity came by, she immediately decided to give her support to the initiative. Despite her commitments, PC has taken personal interest in meeting the group of girls who will benefit from the cause.”

The motto for the Wave initiative is ‘Adoption for Education’ and Chopra will also put together a performance for a concert to raise money to support the charity.

Bollywood star Vivek Oberoi married to 28-year-old Priyanka Alva, who is the daughter of former Karnataka minister late Jeevraj Alva day. Guests included close family members and relatives of the couple, who came here and set the festive mood of the wedding. Vivek Oberoi has invited Megastar Chiranjeevi for his marriage. The Groom Oberoi, wearing a maroon-gold mix greatly embellished sherwani and turban, climbed the mare and took rounds of the venue. All the baaraatis were seen dancing to the beats of the dhol to celebrate the time.

The decor for the wedding was said to be a blend of Mangalorean and South Indian cultures. Most of the decoration materials came from the City, although a Maharashtrian company had actually created the outdoor designs for all the functions.

The Bollywood stars were shining bright at Alva’s residence as noted film maker, Mani Ratnam. Over 1,000 guests attend the marriage ceremony, which will be followed by a reception at the ITC Grand Maratha in Mumbai on Saturday.
